Pancakes are a favorite in many families. They are prepared with cottage cheese, meat, egg and rice, etc. This recipe suggests using ham and soft cheese as a filling. The pancakes taste amazing, tender and creamy.
Each housewife has her own recipe for making pancakes, here I will give a classic one.
To prepare the dough you will need:
- eggs - 2-3 pcs;
- milk - 1 glass:
- warm water - 3/4 cup;
- sugar 1, 5-2 tbsp;
- salt - 1/2 tsp;
- butter;
- sunflower oil.
For filling:
- ham - 300 g;
- soft cheese - 200 g.
First, knead the dough, for this we beat the eggs into a bowl, add milk, salt and sugar and mix with a whisk until the ingredients are completely dissolved. Then, without ceasing to interfere, add the sifted flour in small portions, mix until smooth and pour in a little water. Pour a tablespoon of vegetable oil into a homogeneous dough and mix again.
Heat the pancake maker, grease it with sunflower oil and pour the dough using a ladle. Fry each pancake on both sides, remove it on a flat plate, not forgetting to put a piece of butter between the pancakes.
To prepare the filling, cut the ham as you like, rub the cheese on a medium (soup) grater. Put the filling on each pancake and fold it into an envelope. When all the pancakes are filled, heat a little butter in a frying pan and fry the envelopes until crisp.
