It is necessary

  • - fresh artichokes (large) - 4 pcs.;
  • - lemon - 1 pc.;
  • - sweet red pepper - 1 pc.;
  • - carrots - 3 pcs.;
  • - butter - 100 g;
  • - salmon fillet - 150 g;
  • - porcini mushrooms - 100 g;
  • - sunflower oil - 3 tbsp. l.;
  • - salt - 0.5 tsp.

Instructions

Step 1

Remove the roots of the artichokes. Add lemon juice to boiling salted water, add artichokes and cook until tender for about half an hour. Once the leaves are easy to separate, the artichokes are ready. Remove them from the water and drain off excess moisture.

Step 2

Peel the seeds from the pepper, cut into cubes. Peel the carrots and cut into half rings. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and simmer carrots and peppers for about 5 minutes. Add a little water if necessary.

Step 3

Rinse the salmon fillet with water and cut into cubes. Combine with vegetables and simmer for another 2 minutes.

Step 4

Wash and peel the mushrooms, cut them into thin slices. Fry in vegetable oil (separate from vegetables and salmon).

Step 5

Remove large leaves from artichokes and decorate the bottom of a serving plate with them. Cut the base of the artichokes so that it is flat and firm. Place the stewed vegetables and porcini mushrooms on a plate and place the artichoke in the center of the plate. Garnish with fresh herbs. The dish is ready! Bon Appetit!
