Salad "Everything is ingenious - simple!" with an inexpensive set of ingredients, it is unpretentious in performance and has an excellent range of tastes. No special culinary experience is required to prepare it.

- Ingredients:
- - 5 small beets;
- - 2 sweet apples (hard varieties);
- - a handful of arugula (150-200 grams);
- - 3 tablespoons of any toasted nuts (to taste);
- - 1 or 2 cloves of garlic;
- - 200 grams of natural yogurt;
- - 3 tablespoons of balsamic cream;
- - salt, pepper - to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse and dry the beets well. Wrap in foil. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for an hour and a half. Chop the garlic finely.
Mix all this with yogurt, balsamic. Season with salt and pepper. Remove to cool.
Step 2
Remove the baked beets from the oven and cool. Then peel and cut into neat small wedges.
Step 3
Cut the apples into strips (the size of the straw is better large).
Step 4
Mix the straws with the arugula, previously washed and dried.
Step 5
Put the beets there. Pour all this with pre-prepared dressing. Sprinkle generously with chopped nuts.
