It is necessary

  • - wheat flour - 500 g;
  • - water - 320 ml;
  • - green basil - 1 bunch;
  • - sun-dried tomatoes - 100 g;
  • - olive oil - 50 ml + 3 tablespoons;
  • - garlic - 20 cloves;
  • - corn flour - 1 tablespoon;
  • - semolina - 20 g;
  • - fresh yeast - 15 g;
  • - salt.

Instructions

Step 1

First, mix the semolina and wheat flour together. Then add fresh yeast there and mix everything so that you end up with a mass consisting of small crumbs. Then add 3 tablespoons of olive oil and salt along with water. After kneading a homogeneous bread dough, refrigerate it for at least 60 minutes.

Step 2

Sprinkle the work surface on top with corn flour and make a rectangular shape from the chilled dough, the width of which is 25 centimeters and the length is 35 centimeters. Gently press sun-dried tomatoes and garlic cloves, peeled and cut into slices, into the formed rectangle. Do the same with the basil leaves.

Step 3

Divide the packed dough into 3 equal parts. Place in a greased baking dish with olive oil, cover with a clean tea towel and keep warm for 30 minutes.

Step 4

After preheating the oven to 250 degrees, lower the temperature to 220 and send the future bread into it until it is fully cooked, that is, for about 20-25 minutes - its crust should become light golden.

Step 5

After cooling the baked goods, cut them and serve. Bread with garlic, basil and tomatoes is ready!
