Step 1

Start by making the dough. Dissolve the yeast in half a glass of warm milk. Sift the flour and place it on a rolling board. Make a depression in the middle, pour milk with yeast into it, add salt and a couple of tablespoons of olive oil. Knead the dough quickly. Place it in a saucepan or bowl, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 1 hour. The lump of dough should increase in volume. Knead it thoroughly again.

Try the spicy olive pizza. Roll out the dough into a thin layer and place in a round shape. Brush the surface with olive oil and prick in several places with a fork. Make a side out of a thin strip of dough and place it along the edge of the future pizza.
