Filled tartlets can be a great snack on the New Year's festive table. It is very easy to prepare them, but tartlets will serve as a wonderful decoration for the evening and will delight guests with their original taste.

- - 4 packs of processed cheese
- - 3 small cloves of garlic
- - 2 eggs
- - mayonnaise
- - cucumber
- - a tomato
- - a bunch of dill

Step 1
Eggs need to be hard-boiled so that they can be easily grated on a fine grater. Meanwhile, grate the processed cheese and add finely chopped garlic to it, or squeeze it out with a garlic press.
Step 2
Grate eggs, add to cheese and garlic. Season with mayonnaise for a tender and sticky, but not dry mass. Cut the tomatoes and cucumbers into small pieces. The shape and size of vegetables can be any, the main thing is that they fit into tartlets. Pick dill into small pieces for decoration.
Step 3
Fill each tartlet with cheese and egg paste with garlic, gently spreading it to the brim. Top with a slice of cucumber and tomato.
Step 4
Garnish the tartlets on top with small sprigs of dill or parsley. Place the tartlets on a large, flat plate and serve.
