Arabic telapia in pita bread with beans and basil is an Arabic dish. In Arab countries, food is often cooked in pita bread. It turns out incredibly tasty, juicy, satisfying and delicious.
It is necessary
- - 150 g beans
- - 500 g fish fillet
- - 3 sheets of pita bread
- - 1 bunch of any greens
- - 70 g walnuts
- - 4 tbsp. l. flour
- - 2 tbsp. l. sunflower oil
- - spices to taste
- - salt to taste
- - 6 pieces of salad
- - 3 cucumbers
Instructions
Step 1
Soak the beans in cold water and leave overnight, boil until the beans are tender.
Step 2
Cut the fish fillet into pieces, marinate in spices to taste.
Step 3
Dip the fish well in flour, then put in a skillet with sunflower oil and fry over low heat until golden brown, about 15-25 minutes.
Step 4
Add the beans with the broth in which it was cooked, peeled walnuts, herbs, salt to taste and grind in a blender, the mass should look like a paste. If you want, you can add 1 tbsp. sour cream or mayonnaise.
Step 5
Cut the pita leaf in half, put a lettuce leaf, 2 tablespoons of bean mass, herbs, 3 cucumber cups on it. Add fish, wrap in an envelope. And serve.
