It is necessary
- - 1 liter of broth or water
- - 1 kg of tomatoes
- - 1 tsp. paprika
- - 1 cup white beans
- - 1 tbsp. l. honey
- - 1 red onion
- - 3-4 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
- - 1 tsp. cumin
- - 1.h l. ginger
- - 1-2 tbsp. l. parsley
- - 0.4 tsp cinnamon
- - salt, pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Soak the beans in cold water and leave overnight, boil so that the water covers the beans, then leave to cool.
Step 2
Pour over the tomatoes with hot water, then peel and cut into cubes. Finely chop the onion, grate the ginger.
Step 3
Pour vegetable oil into a saucepan, add cumin, onions, mix everything well and fry over medium heat until the smell of spices appears, about 5-7 minutes. Add the beans with the broth in which they were cooked and the tomatoes.
Step 4
The broth should be a liter, if it boiled away, add water.
Step 5
Bring to a boil, heat low, add paprika, honey, salt and pepper to taste. Leave on fire for 7-10 minutes, add greens and remove from heat.
