There are many complex and voluminous recipes for desserts with apples, but they require skill, dexterity and a large amount of time and effort.

Baked apples

  1. Take some medium apples, sugar and powdered sugar.
  2. Rinse the apples, then remove the core, put on a prepared baking sheet and pour sugar in the middle. Then add a little water and bake in the oven.
  3. The baking time depends on the size of the apples and their variety.
  4. Cooked apples can be poured with your favorite syrup and powdered sugar added to them.

Apples in dough

  1. Peel and chop some apples. Put them in a bowl, add sugar. To prevent the fruits from darkening, sprinkle them with lemon juice.
  2. You will need one egg to make the dough. First you need to separate the yolk from the protein. Add a pinch of salt, sugar (a teaspoon), sour cream (a tablespoon), flour (2 tablespoons) and milk (a tablespoon) to the yolk. Mix everything and add the whipped protein.
  3. Now it remains to dip each piece of apple into the dough and fry it in oil until a crust forms. Finished apples can be sprinkled with powdered sugar and cinnamon.

  • flour (200 grams).

Mix all ingredients and beat with a mixer until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Then pour apples with this mixture and bake for 35-40 minutes (temperature 185-190 degrees).
