It is necessary
- On a 28 cm mold (6 servings):
- 4 cups (200 ml) flour
- Baking powder - 2 tsp;
- 2 large onions, thinly sliced;
- 2 cups large pitted olives
- 2 cups water or olive pickle
- Mint - optional;
- 1 cup olive oil
- Dried onions and black pepper to taste;
- 2 cups warm water
- The zest of one orange.
Instructions
Step 1
Sift flour with baking powder. Add dried onions, orange zest, pepper. Pour in oil, add olives (you can cut them). Pour in water, knead the dough. It will be liquid enough!
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake for about an hour, until browned. We determine the readiness with a toothpick: if it comes out dry, then the cake is ready!
