It is necessary

- - 545 g of tomatoes (small);

- - 65 ml of vegetable oil.

Step 1
Rinse the tomatoes, wipe off with a paper towel and cut into halves. Grease the baking dish well with vegetable oil and cover with parchment paper for baking.

Transfer the tomato halves onto the parchment so that each tomato is cut on top. Season with salt and sprinkle.

Place the dish in a preheated oven and bake the tomatoes for about 25 minutes. A baked crust should appear on the tomatoes.

Boil enough water in a saucepan, add salt and add pasta. Boil them until tender, then drain the water from them.
Step 5
Heat the vegetable oil in a deep frying pan, then transfer the prepared, baked tomatoes into it, cook for about 5 minutes.
Step 6
Then add boiled pasta to the pan with tomatoes and mix everything thoroughly. As a result, the pasta will be saturated with juice and tomato flavor.
Step 7
When serving, sprinkle with fresh herbs.
