Various casseroles are prepared: potato, cottage cheese, meat, etc. Today we will consider a recipe for making cabbage casserole in a slow cooker. This vegetable contains many beneficial trace elements, so it is essential in the diet of any person.
It is necessary
- - white cabbage - 1 kg;
- - chicken eggs - 3 pcs.;
- - sour cream - 150 g;
- - cheese - 100 g;
- - wheat flour - 4 tablespoons;
- - breadcrumbs - 2 tbsp. l.;
- - salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the cabbage and dry it slightly. Remove the top leaves, then chop into strips no more than 7 mm wide. Wrap your hands around it and put it in a multicooker container. Pour enough water over the cabbage to cover the food. Set the multicooker to "steam" and cook for 15 minutes.
Step 2
While the cabbage is in the slow cooker, make the casserole dough. Wash eggs and break into a mixer cup, beat. Add sour cream to the bowl, mix well. Add salt and flour, mix again. Grate the cheese and add to the bulk.
Step 3
Put the prepared cabbage in a separate bowl, add the dough to it, mix gently. Wash the multicooker capacity, grease with oil and replace it. Spread some of the breadcrumbs on the bottom of the multicooker bowl. Next, lay out the cabbage mass, sprinkle with breadcrumbs on top again.
Step 4
Set the multicooker to the "baking" mode, cook for 1, 5 hours. Before removing the finished dish, it must be cooled. Gently turn the container of baked cabbage onto the prepared plate, cut it into portions. You can serve the dish with sour cream, herbs.
