It is necessary

  • - 500 grams of white cabbage;
  • - one medium-sized red onion;
  • - 100 grams of butter;
  • - six tablespoons of flour;
  • - two eggs;
  • - four tablespoons of fat sour cream;
  • - a teaspoon of baking powder;
  • - 1/4 teaspoon of salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the cabbage into thin strips, the onion into thin half rings. Mix these products in a bowl, salt and pepper, rub a little with your hands and set for 10 minutes (during this time the vegetables will become softer and let the juice start).

Step 2

Put butter in a multicooker bowl and melt it. Next, put the chopped vegetables in the oil, close the lid of the kitchen appliance and set the "frying" mode for 12-15 minutes. After five minutes, open the lid of the multicooker, stir the contents and close the lid again. During frying, the cabbage should be slightly browned, but in no case burned.

Step 3

While the cabbage is fried, sift flour into a separate bowl, add eggs to it (you must first beat them thoroughly), sour cream, baking powder, a little salt and mix everything until smooth. As a result, the dough should be thick as medium-fat sour cream. If the dough is too thick, you can add a couple of tablespoons of milk to it and stir.

Step 4

As soon as the signal sounds about the end of frying, open the lid of the multicooker, stir the cabbage again and fill it with the previously prepared dough. Set the oven to bake for 40 minutes.

Step 5

After the time has passed, when the signal that the dish is ready sounds, turn off the multicooker, but do not open its lid for about 15 minutes (during this time the cake will come).

Step 6

Put the finished baked goods on a tray or flat dish, cut into portions and serve hot. If you wish, you can decorate the cake with chopped herbs.
