Then prepare the dough: in a deep bowl, beat 1 egg with sugar, kefir and salt, and then carefully pour in the baking powder and flour so that there are no lumps in the mass. When the dough and filling are ready, prepare a baking sheet and heat the oven to 200 degrees. The container is greased with oil, half the dough is poured into it, then the cabbage is laid out, poured with beaten eggs and the remaining dough is poured on top. Before making a pie on kefir, it is important to choose the right spices so that the dish has a rich taste. Some juniper berries, cumin and bay leaves are ideal.
