A wonderful cake, the only drawback of which is that it eats quickly!
It is necessary
- Filling:
- - half a medium cabbage fork;
- - 1 large onion;
- - salt and pepper to taste;
- - 1 tbsp. vegetable oil.
- Dough:
- - 2 large eggs;
- - 5 tbsp. sour cream;
- - 150 g flour;
- - 1 tsp baking powder;
- - 1 tsp salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Finely chop the cabbage and transfer to a large bowl. Salt, pepper, knead well with your hands.
Step 2
Heat 1 tablespoon in a skillet. vegetable oil. Put the cabbage in it and fry, stirring occasionally, until tender. Cool down.
Step 3
Put the oven to heat up to 190 degrees. Grease a baking dish (if you don't have a silicone one) or line it with parchment paper.
Step 4
For the dough, beat the eggs with a mixer until smooth. Add sour cream and flour with baking powder. Mix for about a minute, until smooth. Pour half of the dough into a mold. Put the cooled cabbage filling on top. Cover with the second half of the dough and place in the oven for about 40 minutes. Readiness to check with a toothpick: it will come out of the finished cake dry. Cool in a mold and cut into pieces.
