In spring, you need to stock up on vitamins more than ever. They can be obtained from anything, for example, from food or from special complexes. But there is one more thing that will help you to improve your health - orange tea. I propose to cook it.
It is necessary
- - black tea bags - 2 pcs;
- - large raisins - 80 g;
- - orange - 2 pcs;
- - orange juice - 600 ml;
- - apricot jam - 2 tablespoons.
Instructions
Step 1
Take a separate bowl, put tea bags in there and fill them with 300 milliliters of boiling water. Leave them to brew for 10 minutes and then remove. Raisins must be added to the brewed tea, after thoroughly rinsing. Leave it like this for 10 minutes.
Step 2
With oranges, do this: rinse thoroughly and cut into small slices along with the zest, remove the seeds. Take a saucepan and pour orange juice into it, and add apricot jam and chopped fruit. Mix everything.
Step 3
Place the saucepan with the orange juice mixture on low heat for a quarter of an hour with the lid on. After the time has elapsed, it is necessary to pour this mixture into a blender. It should become a homogeneous mass.
Step 4
Pour the homogeneous orange mass back into the saucepan and add the raisins and tea to it. Put the mixture on fire and bring to a boil. Strain the resulting drink through a sieve. Orange tea is ready! By the way, it can be served in any form, that is, both hot and cold.
