    • 2 tablespoons of butter.
    • For rice porridge:
    • a glass of rice;
    • 4 glasses of milk;
    • a tablespoon of sugar;
    • 0.5 teaspoons of salt;
    • butter.

Buckwheat porridge

Sort out the cereals and pour on a sieve and pour over with boiling water. Then transfer to a skillet and fry until light brown. Pour water into a saucepan, salt and boil. Pour buckwheat into boiling salted water, stir and remove the floating grains with a slotted spoon. Cook for 15-20 minutes until thickened, stirring occasionally. Then level the surface of the porridge with a spoon, reduce the heat to low, close the pan tightly with a lid and leave the buckwheat porridge on the stove for an hour and a half to dry. An oven can be used for this procedure. Put butter in porridge before serving. Porridge with milk is prepared in the same way: the cooked porridge is laid out on plates and poured over with milk. Warm porridge - hot milk, and cooled - cold.

Pour milk into a saucepan, heat and salt. Transfer the rice to a saucepan with milk and cook, stirring occasionally, over low heat for 15 minutes. Then add sugar, stir everything well, close the lid and put in a water bath for 10-15 minutes to warm up. Put butter in the rice porridge before serving.
