This is a very simple and delicious recipe for children for cooking in a multicooker. At the same time, you can cook stewed vegetables and very simple yet tasty meatballs for your little one. This dish is also suitable for dietetic cuisine lovers.
It is necessary

- - carrot;
- - onion;
- - olive oil;
- - White bread;
- - milk;
- - minced meat from a mixture of beef and pork;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Chop white bread, soak it in a little milk.

Clean and finely chop the onion. Wash, peel and cut the zucchini into cubes. Grate the washed carrots.

We put chopped zucchini, grated carrots, half an onion in a multicooker bowl. Add olive oil, salt and mix well. If desired, it is possible to use cauliflower and / or broccoli instead of zucchini.

Put the soaked bread, minced meat and the remaining onion into the blender bowl. Add some milk and salt.

Grind all the ingredients until smooth. You can use a meat grinder instead of a blender. However, for children's dishes, a blender is preferable - the meatballs are more homogeneous and tender.

Using a spoon with wet hands, we form meatballs of the required size and put them on the wire rack for steaming. We put the grill in the multicooker over the vegetables.
Step 7
