If desired, you can easily take it with you to the dacha and enjoy the cocktail in the fresh air. In addition, in each smoothie there is a whole complex of substances, vitamins, minerals necessary for the body … Well, you don't have to mention that it is very tasty!
Make smoothies with any of your favorite foods: experiment with taste, add different spices … But first try the recipes below.
Kale + banana + peanut butter
Ingredients:
- 1 roach of kale;
- 0.5 cups of almond milk;
- 1 tbsp soft peanut butter;
- half a small frozen banana.
Remove the stems from the cabbage. Then chop all the ingredients (if using a powerful kitchen processor, you can skip this option) and chop with a blender until smooth.
Strawberry + apple + almond oil
Also try using almond paste for smoothies. With strawberries and apples - a magical combination!
- 0.5 cups of almond milk;
- 4 large frozen strawberries;
- 2-3 ice cubes;
- half a small apple.
Also, as in the previous version, all ingredients should be simply mixed with a blender.
Blueberry + banana + spinach

- 0, 5 tbsp. low-fat kefir;
- 0, 25 Art. frozen blueberries;
- half a small frozen banana;
- 0, 5 tbsp. fresh spinach.

- 0, 5 tbsp. fresh spinach;
- 0, 5 tbsp. frozen peach slices.
Cucumber + banana + soy milk
Try freezing cucumbers: believe it or not, they will become … sweet! And they will fit perfectly into a banana smoothie:
- 0.5 cups light chocolate soy milk;
- half a frozen banana;
- 1/2 cup chopped frozen cucumbers (pre-cut and freeze)
Cabbage + pineapple + orange

- 2 stalks of kale;
- half a small sweet orange;

Spinach + celery + strawberry + banana
Tasty and healthy! If you are not fond of celery and spinach, this is ideal, because their taste is perfectly masked by sweet banana and strawberry.
- 0.5 cups milk;
- 4 large frozen strawberries;
- half a small frozen banana;
- half a small stalk of celery;
- a handful of fresh spinach.
Remember to clean the coarse fiber from the celery and then simply combine all the ingredients in a food processor.
