Cheese cakes are quick and easy to prepare. They can be served for breakfast or as a base for a cold snack. The indicated amount of ingredients is enough for 8 servings.

It is necessary

  • - flour - 3 tbsp. l.;
  • - hard cheese - 150 g;
  • - milk 2, 5% - 2 glasses;
  • - butter - 50 g;
  • - vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • - crushed crackers - 10 g;
  • - egg - 3 pcs.;
  • - cranberries - 50 g;
  • - icing sugar - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • - salt - 0.5 tsp.

Instructions

Step 1

Lightly fry the flour in butter until pale yellow. Chill, pour cold milk into the flour and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

Step 2

Grate the cheese. Add it to the flour mixture, stir. Refrigerate.

Step 3

Take two eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. Add 1 egg and 2 yolks to the cheese mixture. Mix thoroughly. Put on fire again and beat vigorously until the mixture comes to a boil. Remove the mass from heat, cool slightly.

Step 4

Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Put the cheese and flour mixture on a baking sheet in a thin layer (about 1 cm). Bake in the oven at 220 degrees for 10 minutes. Cut the prepared biscuits into rectangular pieces and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Step 5

Cover the cranberries with powdered sugar and let stand for 10 minutes. Then grind the cranberries with a blender. Serve the cranberry jam with the biscuits. The dish is ready! Bon Appetit!
