This is a light and tasty dessert that is prepared very quickly and effortlessly. Berries can be replaced with fruits. You can take chocolate cakes. It all depends on your imagination.

- 1 pack of vanilla sponge cakes (3 layers)
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 200 gr. butter
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- 0.5 cups berry syrup
- 50 gr. cognac or liquor
- strawberries
- blueberry
- currants
Instructions
Step 1
Boil a can of condensed milk in a saucepan for 1 hour. Condensed milk should not turn out darkened, but creamy.
Step 2
Beat the cooled condensed milk with softened butter, gradually adding half of the syrup. Add cocoa.
Step 3
We are preparing the impregnation. Mix the rest of the syrup with the cognac.
Step 4
We saturate the first cake with impregnation and spread part of the cream, part of the berries.
Step 5
We put on the second cake and also saturate, spread out part of the cream and part of the berries.
Step 6
We saturate the third cake from the side with which we will put on the cake.
Step 7
Put on the third cake, coat the edges of the cake with cream, and put the rest of the cream on top.
Step 8
We put the cake in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
