First of all, we get the oil out of the refrigerator: it is necessary for it to soften. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and line the baking sheet with baking paper.

Sift the flour with baking powder, salt and cocoa powder into a large bowl.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath or microwave. We set aside to cool a little, and at this time beat the softened butter and sugar into a fluffy mass, add vanilla and (one at a time) eggs to it.

Add melted and slightly cooled chocolate to the butter-egg mixture, then add dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Using a tablespoon, put the resulting mass on a baking sheet at some distance from each other.

Put in the oven for 8-10 minutes. Cookies only from the oven will be very soft, so they can only be tasted after 10 minutes.
