My grandmother, when we visited her in childhood, often put milk in the Russian stove early in the morning and served it to us for breakfast with a slice of loaf and raspberry jam. That was delicious! I still love the taste of baked milk, and when I tried these muffins, I immediately demanded the recipe from the hostess!

It is necessary

  • - 1/2 cup sugar
  • - 3 eggs,
  • - 250 g of chocolate butter,
  • - a pinch of vanillin,
  • - 150 ml of fermented baked milk,
  • - 10 g baking powder.
  • For glaze:
  • - 1 protein,
  • - 200 g icing sugar,
  • - pink food coloring.

Instructions

Step 1

Beat eggs until frothy, add sugar, beat again. Mix with softened butter. Add half of the fermented baked milk. Mix flour, vanillin and baking powder and add portions to the mixture. Mix well.

Step 2

Pour in the remaining fermented baked milk, mix and pour into prepared molds. Oven 20 min. at 180 °. Decorate the finished muffins with icing sugar, beat the protein with powdered sugar and add food coloring.

Optionally, you can also make "roses" from mastic. To do this, 5 g of gelatin must be soaked in cold water (2 tbsp. L.). To make it dissolve faster, you can put it in a water bath (just do not bring the mixture to a boil). And then, after cooling a little, add sifted icing sugar (200-250 g) into the mass. Knead, drip a little lemon juice. Dilute the desired food coloring in a little water, add to the mastic mixture and knead well again. From the resulting mass, mold "flowers", decorate the cupcakes.
