It is necessary

  • - 380 g flour
  • - 6 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • - 100 g of onions
  • - 1 red onion
  • - 1 tsp. yeast
  • - 190 ml of water
  • - 5 olives
  • - 7 g salt
  • - 1 tsp. granulated sugar

Instructions

Step 1

Peel and dice the onions. Fry the onions in olive oil over low heat for about 10-12 minutes.

Step 2

Start making the dough. Pour warm water into a bowl, add yeast, let stand for 5-7 minutes. Add granulated sugar, flour, fried onions, salt to taste. Knead the dough. Place the dough in a cold place for 1-2 hours. It should rise 2-3 times.

Step 3

Divide the dough into 5 equal parts. Make balls, cover with foil and let it brew for 10-15 minutes.

Step 4

Peel the red onions, cut into half rings. Take one ball of dough, roll it out with a rolling pin, 1 cm thick. Put an olive in the middle and decorate with half rings of red onion. Do the same with the rest of the dough.

Step 5

Put the cakes on a baking sheet, cover with plastic foil and place them in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
