The soup will certainly appeal not only to adults, but also to small children, who are sometimes difficult to feed. In addition, delicious cheese dumpling balls make the dish aromatic and appetizing. The broth can be made from any meat, but in this case, chicken is preferable.
It is necessary
- Broth set (or any other part of the chicken) - 500 g;
- Potatoes - 2 pcs.;
- Carrots - 1 pc.;
- Bulb - 1 pc.;
- Garlic, spices, bay leaves - to taste.
- Hard cheese - 70 g;
- Egg (small) - 1 pc.;
- Flour or bread crumbs - 100 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Let's prepare the broth. Put the chicken in boiling water and let it boil. Then pour off the boiling water and fill it with cold water.
Step 2
We put pre-peeled and washed vegetables: carrots, onions cut into 4 parts, garlic. Let the broth cook for 1 hour.
Step 3
We take out the used vegetables, we do not need them. We also take out the chicken meat and divide it into small portions. Add the diced potatoes to the broth and cook the soup for about 15 minutes.
Step 4
At this time, we will make balls. In a small container, rub the cheese on a fine grater, add the egg and flour (or crackers). Add some salt and mix the mass thoroughly.
Step 5
Form small balls from the cheese mass and dip them into the boiling soup. We boil for about 5-7 minutes.
Step 6
Put chicken meat, bay leaf into the finished soup, add some salt, pepper and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
Bon Appetit!
