Lightly salted salmon, salted feta cheese, and between them a piece of beet - a great combination for a festive snack. It turns out tasty rolls for a festive feast, which can be additionally decorated with pickled red onions.
It is necessary
- - 120 g feta cheese;
- - 100 g of lightly salted salmon;
- - 100 g of processed cheese;
- - 1 boiled beet;
- - 1 red onion;
- - 1 st. a spoonful of wine vinegar, mayonnaise;
- - a few sprigs of parsley.
Instructions
Step 1
Rub the processed cheese on a fine grater. Freeze it first to make it easier to rub. Mix the cheese with mayonnaise.
Step 2
Cut the salted cheese into small cubes. Boil the beets, cool, peel, cut into thin slices. You can use a special grater that makes it very easy to cut vegetables into thin slices.
Step 3
Place 1 teaspoon of cheese mass and a piece of feta cheese on one half of each beetroot slice. Wrap in a roll, wrap a slice of salmon on top. Take the salmon sliced so as not to suffer when cutting it.
Step 4
Peel the onions, cut into very thin rings, sprinkle with a little wine vinegar.
Step 5
Place the rolls on a plate or a pretty dish, spread the pickled onions between them. Garnish with fresh parsley sprigs. Serve immediately.
