Cabbage rolls will appeal to cabbage lovers. In addition, they are similar to cabbage rolls, but are much easier to prepare. So if you were going to cook cabbage rolls, but there is no time for that, prepare just such a delicious appetizer.
It is necessary
- - 1 head of white cabbage;
- - 200 g feta cheese;
- - 1 chicken fillet;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 3 cloves of garlic;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of flour;
- - black pepper, chili flakes, dried marjoram.
Instructions
Step 1
Disassemble the cabbage into leaves, dip in boiling water. If the leaves are young, then after 10 seconds already get them out of the water. Cut chicken fillet into strips, feta cheese - into cubes. Place strips of chicken and a piece of feta cheese on each cabbage leaf, pepper to taste. Wrap like stuffed cabbage, bread in flour.
Step 2
Beat a raw egg with a fork, add finely grated garlic, a small amount of dried marjoram and ground black pepper. Also add chili flakes if you like it spicy. Dip cabbage rolls with chicken fillet and feta cheese into this mixture.
Step 3
Put the rolls on a preheated frying pan, fry in vegetable oil on all sides until golden brown. It takes about 3 minutes to one side. Fry over medium heat to keep the oil from burning.
Step 4
Put ready-made cabbage rolls with chicken fillet and feta cheese on portioned plates and serve for dinner. Alternatively, place on a large sorting platter and serve as a snack on the holiday table. You can experiment with the filling by creating different rolls. You can serve it with any sauce.
