You need to cook like this. Mix flour with kefir, salt and soda in a suitable bowl. Stir until smooth and knead the dough. It will be ready when it becomes soft, but the dough should not stick to your hands.

Roll out the resulting dough thinner. Cut it into strips - their width should be about 3 cm. The minced meat must be kneaded as best as possible, with the application of force, so that it does not disintegrate during cooking. Do not forget to add finely chopped onion to it, salt and pepper.

Now grab one of the straws by the end. Use your other hand to make a sausage-shaped lump out of the minced meat and try to plant it on the straw. Or try to drown the straw in it so that it comes out from about the middle of the minced meat piece. After that, gently wrap the minced meat in a circle with a strip of dough. The dough should start from the middle of the stick, so that the product looks like a chicken leg.

Pour oil into a deep frying pan. There should be enough of it so that it can cover about half of the leg. In height, it is about one and a half centimeters. Heat the oil, then fry the raw "chicken legs" there in the same way as the pies. Fry until the dough is browned.

Serve with a side dish. The result is a delicious and satisfying dish.
