It is necessary

  • - 600 gr. salmon fillet;
  • - 250 gr. any white fish (flounder, cod, etc.);
  • - 200 gr. peeled shrimp;
  • - a large stalk of celery;
  • - a piece of fresh ginger (about 2 x 2 cm);
  • - large onion;
  • - 3 cloves of garlic;
  • - 40 gr. butter;
  • - an egg;
  • - salt to taste.
  • Additionally:
  • - lemon;
  • - 2 stalks of celery.

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the shrimp and white fish into cubes, chop the celery and onion, squeeze the ginger and garlic. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, add the egg and melted butter.

Cut the salmon fillet into 8 pieces with a very sharp knife.

Cover the baking sheet with foil and put the celery sticks on it. Divide the filling into 4 parts and put it on 4 pieces of salmon, form a kind of balls and cover them with the remaining pieces of fish. Put the stuffed salmon on a baking sheet, squeeze the juice of half a lemon onto the balls and sprinkle with salt to taste. Cut the other half of the lemon into pieces and put on a baking sheet.
