Nuggets came to us from American cuisine and are loved by many. In order to try this dish again and again, we go to McDonald's or buy a finished product in a store. But it is quite possible to cook nuggets at home, especially since the recipe is surprisingly simple.
It is necessary
- - 800 grams of chicken breasts,
- - 100 grams of bread crumbs,
- - 1, 5 tsp paprika,
- - 0.3 tsp of red ground pepper,
- - 2 eggs,
- - 50 grams of wheat flour,
- - 1, 5 teaspoons of salt,
- - 1 teaspoon dried garlic,
- - 0.5 tsp of black ground pepper,
- - 200 ml of vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the skin and bones of the chicken breast; only fillets are needed to cook nuggets. On the bones from the breast, you can cook broth or light soup.
Step 2
Cut the meat into pieces (one and a half cm thick, about 5 cm long). You most likely know what finished nuggets look like, so slicing the meat will be very easy.
Step 3
For breading, combine flour, dried garlic, black pepper and salt in a bowl.
Step 4
Whisk two eggs lightly with a fork in a separate cup. The batter is ready.
Step 5
For the third breading, combine ground paprika, crackers and red hot pepper (on the tip of a knife) in a cup.
Step 6
Roll the pieces of meat in flour breading, shake off the leftovers. Then roll in batter, and then in spiced bread crumbs. Gently shake off any remaining spices.
Step 7
In deep fat, heat 200 ml of odorless vegetable or sunflower oil. Fry the nuggets for three minutes on each side. If desired, you can fry the nuggets in a regular frying pan.
Step 8
Transfer the fried nuggets to paper towels. Serve with your favorite sauce.
