Are there delicious chicken breast dishes? It turns out there are! Nuggets are an excellent appetizer of chicken breast fillets fried in butter in a crispy breading. And the recipe for their preparation could not be easier.
You will need:
- Chicken breast fillet - 500g;
- Chicken egg - 2 pieces;
- Breadcrumbs - 5 rounded tablespoons;
- Vegetable oil - 100g;
- Baking paper (will make it much easier to fry nuggets).
Preparation:
Cut the chicken breast fillet into small pieces.
Prepare the breading.
Stir 2 chicken eggs well until smooth in a deep bowl, do not beat too much - you get a ice cream. Put the fillet pieces in a bowl with a lezon and mix everything well, each piece should be completely covered with an egg.
Place a small portion of the bread crumbs on a flat dish. Do not pour everything out at once, as in the process of breading the ice cream will fall on the crackers, they will get wet and turn into lumps. It is better to add crackers as they are consumed.
Also, for your convenience, it is worth using culinary tweezers, with which you will take pieces of chicken out of a plate with a lezon, and throw them onto a dish with bread crumbs - if you do this with your hands, the crackers will stick to your fingers and will be inconvenient to work. Or you can get the fillet out of the lleison with one “wet” hand, and the other “dry” hand will roll the fillets in breadcrumbs. With a “dry” hand, pour a little crackers on the edge of the fillet and take the already sprinkled fillet and roll it further. For some reason this method does not work for me.
Prepare the pan and baking paper.
Paper is needed to get rid of the problem with burnt breadcrumbs, which will spoil the taste and appearance of the dish if they are not removed in time. After you fry the first batch of nuggets, you can easily throw out the paper with crumbling and starting to burn breadcrumbs and put a new sheet in a clean pan.
Cut out circles out of the paper that are slightly larger than the bottom of the pan in which you will fry. Two is enough for this amount of ingredients, since I fry in a large skillet.
Put a frying pan on medium heat and brush the bottom with a thin layer of vegetable oil, you can do this with a silicone brush or napkin - it is important that there is very little oil. Place a sheet of baking paper in a well-heated skillet and press it well to the bottom of the pan. And already on the sheet, pour the oil for frying.
Now quickly bread the slices and send them to the hot skillet. Cook for 3 minutes on each side until golden brown. If necessary, add oil to the pan during cooking. At the end of the frying season, add salt to the nuggets to your liking on both sides.
Put the finished nuggets on a separate dish, replace the baking paper in the pan, pour vegetable oil over the paper and fry the second batch.
