Having already become a classic salad with crab sticks, you can serve it in a new way if you use a metal press during cooking. This amount of ingredients is for 3 servings.
It is necessary
- - 2 cups of boiled loose rice;
- - 1 large pack of crab sticks;
- - 1 can of canned corn kernels;
- - 3 boiled eggs;
- - 1 small bunch of greens if desired (dill or chives);
- - mayonnaise to taste;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Season the rice to taste. Add mayonnaise and finely chopped herbs if desired, stir. Place the culinary ring on a plate and put a third of the rice mixture into it, tamp with the press that comes with the mold, without pressing hard.
Step 2
Drain the corn syrup thoroughly. Place a third of the corn on top of the rice and press down slightly with a press. If you press too hard, the juice that comes out will make the salad watery.
Step 3
Peel the crab sticks of films and grate them on a medium grater. Set aside three pinches to garnish the dish. Stir in mayonnaise with the rest of the sticks. Divide the mixture into thirds and place one part on top of the corn. Press down with a press.
Step 4
Grate boiled peeled eggs on a medium-sized grater, mix with mayonnaise and place one third on top of crab sticks. Press down with a press.
Step 5
Now carefully remove the ring, rinse the mold and press and cook in the same way 2 more servings of salad from the remaining products.
Step 6
Garnish each serving with a pinch of grated crab sticks set aside. You can put another sprig of dill on top. Refrigerate the salad before serving.
