- 1 orange;
- 100 g of berries;
- 1 apple;
- 1 glass of yogurt
- half a vanilla pod;
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon;
- 1/2 tbsp. oatmeal;
- 1 tsp sesame oil;
- 50 g dried apricots;
- 50 g almonds;
- 1-2 tbsp honey.
- Citrus salad:
- 2 red grapefruits;
- 3 oranges;
- 3 tbsp campari;
- 3 tbsp grapefruit juice;
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar;
- 1 pear;
- 1 apple;
- lemon balm leaves.
- Apple and grape salad:
- 200 g of grapes;
- 1 apple;
- 2 pears;
- juice of 1 lemon;
- 2 tsp Sahara;
- 2 tbsp liquid honey;
- 2 tbsp almond shavings;
- 100 g whipped cream;
- mint leaves.

Curd fruit salad
The recipe for cottage cheese and fruit salad is very simple. Put cottage cheese in a bowl, add sour cream, sugar, vanilla sugar. Mix everything. Add raisins, finely chopped peaches and apricots. Stir, arrange on plates. Can be garnished with cherries and nuts.

Fruit salad with muesli
Heat the oven to 180 ° C. Cut dried apricots into 4 pieces. Mix oatmeal with honey, vegetable oil, almond crumbs, cinnamon and dried apricot pieces. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and pour the mixture over it. Soak it on a baking sheet for 20-25 minutes, it should acquire a caramel shade. Cut the fruit into small pieces and place in 4 cups. Mix the seeds from the peeled vanilla pod with the yogurt. Cool the mixture and add it to the fruit, stir. Sprinkle muesli on top.

Citrus salad
Wash grapefruits and 2 oranges, peel, free from bitter white skin and transparencies. Squeeze the juice out of the third orange. For the sauce, combine campari, orange and grapefruit juice, vanilla sugar, and toss. Wash the pear and apple and cut into 4 parts. Remove the cores with seeds, finely chop the pulp. Mix grapefruit and orange with apple and pear in a salad bowl, pour over the sauce. Set to cool, and when serving, garnish with lemon balm leaves.

Wash the grapes and place in a colander, let the excess water drain. Save a few grapes for garnish, and cut the rest in half, freeing them from the seeds. Cut the pears and apple into 4 parts, remove the cores, cut into cubes, wedges or slices. Put apples, grapes in a bowl. Mix honey with lemon juice, apple and grapes. Cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Fry the almonds over low heat. Arrange fruit on plates, season with whipped cream, garnish with grapes and mint leaves. Sprinkle with toasted almonds.
