It is necessary
- - 500 g chicken fillet;
- - 3 pcs. potatoes;
- - 4 things. carrots;
- - cucumbers;
- - 5-6 pcs. eggs;
- - 2 onions;
- - mayonnaise;
- - vegetable oil for frying;
- - dill, garlic;
- - lettuce leaves;
- - 100 g of processed cheese;
- - greens.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel potatoes and carrots, cut them into thin strips. You can use a special Korean carrot grater. Cut the onion into rings.
Step 2
Fry vegetables in vegetable oil one by one until golden brown. Do not mix potatoes and onions with carrots. You can also use a deep fat fryer. To get rid of excess oil that vegetables absorb when frying, lay them out on a napkin for a while.
Step 3
Divide the fried potatoes in half. Leave one of them for the salad, the other for decoration.
Step 4
Boil the chicken fillet in salted water. After the meat has cooled, divide it into fibers.
Step 5
Hard boil the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. Cut the proteins together with fresh cucumbers into thin strips.
Step 6
Combine the proteins, chicken, cucumbers, a slice of potatoes, fried onions and carrots. Season the salad with mayonnaise. You can add finely chopped garlic and mustard if desired.
Step 7
Place the salad on a plate covered with lettuce leaves in a heap. Top with a generous layer of fried potatoes. Make a depression in the center to shape the salad into a nest. Sprinkle it with chopped herbs.
Step 8
Now move on to forming the "eggs" for the nest. To do this, grind the yolks with mayonnaise and add the dill. You can also add grated processed cheese and garlic to the mass. Roll into small balls and place in the center of the salad on a layer of potatoes and herbs.
