Step 1

You can make 3-4 servings of salad from the listed products. Boil the chicken fillet for 20 minutes after the broth has boiled. Then cool and chop finely.

Step 2

Peel the onion and chop finely. In order to rid the onion of excess bitterness, pour boiling water over it for 3-5 minutes. For the best taste, you can add two drops of vinegar essence, a pinch of sugar and a little salt to boiling water.

Step 3

Wash the pepper, free it from seeds and partitions. Cut it into cubes. Wash and dry the greens, then chop finely.

Step 4

Combine prepared foods in a shared bowl. Season with salt and pepper, mix with mayonnaise.

Step 5

Peel the potatoes, cut into strips. Use it to make fries. Fry the potatoes in portions in a large amount of heated oil. Remove excess fat from the finished potatoes with a napkin.
