A delicious, and most importantly, healthy breakfast can be prepared by yourself in a couple of minutes. Don't like broccoli, try it with cheese. You will be amazed at the delicious taste of the dish.
It is necessary
- - 3 cups chopped broccoli (fresh or frozen);
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - ½ cup oat flour (or whole wheat);
- - 1 large egg;
- 1/3 cup grated pecorino (or parmesan) cheese
- - ¼ teaspoon red pepper (optional);
- - salt and pepper;
- - oil for frying.
Instructions
Step 1
Cook broccoli in a saucepan. Cook until slightly soft, so the broccoli retains its beneficial properties. You can also steam it in a double boiler. Prepares in just five minutes.
Step 2
Finely chop the broccoli, crush a clove of garlic and remove any excess parts. You can mix everything in a blender, then pre-cut the garlic into several cloves, so its taste will be fuller in the dish.
Step 3
In a large bowl, combine chopped broccoli, minced garlic clove, oatmeal, egg, pecorino cheese, red pepper, and salt and pepper. Form small balls in the palm of your hand, flatten on top.
Step 4
Pour oil into a large skillet. Gently place the finished pancakes, fry until light golden brown on both sides.
