A festive table cannot be without a meat dish. For variety, cook juicy meat with original avocado sauce. You will definitely get a gastronomic delight from this dish.
It is necessary
- 1 kg of veal or beef,
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable or olive oil,
- salt to taste
- ground red pepper to taste.
- For the sauce:
- 2 avocados
- half a lemon
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil
- 0.5 teaspoons of mustard.
Instructions
Step 1
We wash the meat well, soak it in cold water and leave for 15-20 minutes. We drain the water from the meat, dry it with napkins or paper towels. Cut into small pieces, wrap each steak in a bag and beat off. Salt and pepper to taste, leave to marinate for an hour and a half in the refrigerator under the lid (you can wrap the meat in a bag).
Step 2
Heat two tablespoons of vegetable or olive oil in a frying pan, fry the steaks for about two minutes on each side (see the thickness of the steaks for the frying time). All pieces of meat will not fit in one pan, so it is better to fry in two at once. Salt the meat to taste.
Step 3
Wrap each piece of fried meat in foil for 5-10 minutes (for a while while the sauce is being prepared).
Step 4
Squeeze the juice from half of the lemon. Wash and peel the avocado, cut into pieces. Put the avocado in a blender, pour in the lemon juice, add half a teaspoon of mustard and beat. The sauce is ready.
Serve steaks with avocado sauce. Decorate with tomatoes and bell pepper.
