  • - 75 g of sugar;
  • - 1 chicken egg;
  • - 80 g flour;
  • - 2 l. H. chaa-matcha;
  • - 0.5 tsp baking powder;
  • - 1/6 tsp soda;
  • - 60 g of kefir or sour cream.
  • For decoration and glaze you will need:
  • - 3 tbsp. powdered sugar;
  • - 2, 3 l. H. lemon juice;
  • - almond flakes.

Instructions

Step 1

Make vanilla dough. Beat butter with sugar until creamy. Then add eggs 1 pc at a time. and beat well after each. Add vanilla to the finished mass and beat again.

Step 2

Sift flour with baking soda and baking powder. Add half to the vanilla batter and stir until smooth. Add sour cream to the prepared mass and mix well again. Then add the remaining flour to the dough and mix. The vanilla crust dough is ready.

Step 3

Tea dough is also easy to make. Grind the almonds almost to the state of flour. Whisk in the butter and sugar, add the egg and beat again. Add almonds to the resulting mass and mix.

Step 4

Sift flour with tea, baking powder and baking soda. Mix half with almond paste. Just like in vanilla dough, add sour cream. Mix the resulting mass thoroughly, add the remaining flour and mix again. The tea dough is ready.

Step 5

Grease a baking dish with butter and place the dough in layers, first vanilla, then tea.

Step 6

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Let the cake bake for 35-45 minutes.

Step 7

While the finished cake is cooling, prepare the frosting. Mix lemon juice with powdered sugar and beat well. First pour the icing on the finished cake and then sprinkle with the almond flakes.
