It is necessary

  • - 150 g of dry-cured smoked ham;
  • - 150 g green apples;
  • - 120 g of cheese;
  • - 100 g fresh fennel;
  • - 2 pcs. celery;
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of mustard;
  • - juice from half a lemon;
  • - olive oil, salt, pepper, fresh cucumber, radish to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the fennel into thin slices, place in ice water. Chop the celery, too, and place it in water with the fennel. Cut the apple into cubes, no peeling is required - it will add brightness and additional crunch to the salad. Sprinkle the apple cubes with lemon juice to keep them from darkening. Leave a few apple slices to decorate the future salad.

Step 2

Cut hard cheese into cubes, mix with apples. Brown the dry-cured ham in a hot skillet. Dry celery and fennel on paper towels, add to apples and cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Salting is not required much, since the ham itself is very salty. At this point, you can add chopped fresh cucumber and radishes if you like.

Step 3

Prepare a dressing for the salad. Mix mustard with olive oil. Pour this mixture over the prepared crispy salad. Now put the salad on portioned plates, put slices of smoked ham on top, garnish with slices of radish and green apple. The crispy green salad with anise is ready, serve.
