It is necessary

  • For butter cream:
  • - 4 tablespoons of milk;
  • - 4 tablespoons of sugar;
  • - 200 g of butter;
  • - 1 egg;
  • - dyes and flavors.
  • For fondant:
  • - 5 tablespoons of milk;
  • - 10 tablespoons of sugar.
  • - chocolate bar;
  • - nuts;
  • - sugar balls;
  • - tracing paper;
  • - paper;
  • - cream injector.

Instructions

Step 1

Beautiful lettering can be done with oil cream. Mix 4 tablespoons of milk with the same amount of sugar and, stirring occasionally, heat the mixture over low heat. When the sugar is completely dissolved, pour the egg into the resulting mass and cool it. Add 200 g of chilled butter and beat the mixture thoroughly by hand or using a mixer. Various colors can be added to the finished cream, as well as natural or artificial flavors and flavors - for example, vanillin or cocoa.

Step 2

The cake and fondant inscriptions will very much decorate. Mix milk and sugar in a 1: 2 ratio and bring to a boil. Cook the resulting mass until thickened. Check the readiness of the mixture by dropping a little on a saucer - a drop of properly cooked fondant should not spread, but keep its shape. Cool the finished mass and start drawing.

Step 3

Prepare the cake. It can be sprinkled with crumbs, covered with a layer of cream, glaze or sugar mastic. To get a neat lettering, write it first with a toothpick.

Step 4

Put the prepared mass into a pastry syringe. If you don't have one, take parchment paper, roll it up into a bag, and cut off the end of it. The narrower the hole, the thinner the lines will be. Using a syringe or paper cornet, you can make a variety of drawings and inscriptions. When finished, with a sharp movement, tear off the tip of the syringe from the surface of the cake in the direction of the inscription made - the tongue of the cream will settle down on top of it and will be invisible.

Step 5

If you don’t want to waste time making fondant or cream, make a lettering out of chocolate - dark, white, or milk. Use a steam bath to melt the unadulterated tiles to avoid scorching. Take a plate and cover it with tracing paper. Make a melted chocolate pattern on the tracing paper. Wait for it to harden and carefully remove it from the paper. Place the resulting inscription on the cake. This chocolate decor does not have to be placed on top of the cream; it can be placed vertically.

Step 6

Another decoration option is sprinkling drawings. Make a paper stencil by cutting out the inscription on it. Place a sheet of stencil on the surface of the cake and sprinkle with cocoa, nuts, colored sugar balls, or coconut flakes. Carefully remove the paper and your cake will have the desired lettering.
