This coffee recipe requires a person to have good dexterity and some piercing object at hand. Drinking must necessarily take place in a good and friendly company, so that there is someone to evaluate the result of the work.

- For 8 servings of the drink you will need:
- - sugar - 8 teaspoons;
- - coffee brewed in a Turk - 400 ml;
- - milk - 200 ml;
- - medium sized coconut.
Instructions
Step 1
Punch two holes in the coconut. Pour the coconut milk into a saucepan and bake the leftovers in the oven at 150 oC. It should be baked for half an hour. As a result, the pulp should easily separate from the shell.
Step 2
Take out the pulp. Chop it into pieces and place in a saucepan along with the coconut milk. Pour regular cow's milk there. Heat this mixture over low heat until frothy.
Step 3
Strain the mixture, and fry the pulp from the nut, which was formed as a result of straining, in a pan.
Step 4
Pour the same hot milk and coffee into pre-warmed cups, add sugar. Sprinkle with toasted coconut pulp on top.
