Therefore, first you need to rinse them and place them in salt water (for 1 liter of liquid, 3 tablespoons of fine table salt). Then the container with the fern is put on fire and brought to a boil. In just a few minutes, the pan is removed from the burner and the shoots are washed under running water. Then they are again dipped in salted liquid and put on fire. This time, the fern is boiled until tender - the plants should bend easily, but not break. The boiled shoots are reclined in a colander and left until the liquid completely drains. After that, they can be used to prepare a dish.

Cooking fern in Korean

Fern in Korean has an incredible taste. To make such a dish, you first need to take carrots and onions, peel them and chop them. Then the vegetables are laid out in a frying pan hot with vegetable oil and fried until golden brown.

At the next stage, chopped boiled fern shoots are laid out in the finished onions and carrots (this ingredient should be 2 times more than the rest). The pan is left over low heat and covered with a lid. Stew vegetables for 15 minutes. Then the lid is removed, salt and spices are added there to taste, and then the dish is fried for 5 minutes.

Cooking fern with meat

Take 2 onions and cut them into rings. Then rinse 300 grams of pork under water and place on a cutting board. Cut the meat into small pieces (1x1 cm), be sure to remove the film from it. Next, a frying pan is placed, 3 tbsp is poured into it. l. olive oil and crushed ingredients are placed there. They need to be stewed for 10 minutes. Then the boiled fern is taken and crushed.
