Instructions

Step 1

Recipe number 1

Divide the garlic into cloves, peel them and rinse in running water. Place the garlic in a colander and scald with boiling water. Mix honey, lemon juice, sour cream, salt and pepper in a cup separately. Pour the prepared honey mixture into a saucepan, add garlic, put on low heat. After boiling, cook for 3 minutes. Then put the garlic and marinade in a glass jar and close the lid tightly. Refrigerate and use as needed. Optionally, add dill, sage, spices or oregano to the pickled garlic.

Step 2

Recipe number 2

Peel fresh garlic cloves and rinse under running water. Throw in a colander, pour over boiling water, then refrigerate. Prepare the brine separately. To do this, pour water into a saucepan, add sugar and salt. Put on fire. After boiling, cook for 2 minutes, then cool slightly and add vinegar. Place the garlic cloves in a sterilized jar and cover with the prepared marinade. Close the lid tightly or roll up and place in a cool place. After a few hours, the garlic will be ready to eat.

Step 3

Recipe number 3

Divide the garlic into cloves, peel them and rinse in running water. Place the spices at the bottom of the glass jar, then place the garlic cloves on top. Cover with boiling water, cover and leave for 24 hours. Then drain the water and pour the garlic with boiling water with salt, sugar and vinegar. Roll up the lid and place in a cool place.

Step 4

Recipe number 4

Peel the garlic, divide into cloves, put in a colander and pour over with saline solution (for 0.5 liters of water, 50 grams of salt). Chill by immersing the cloves in cold water for 1 minute. Place the processed garlic in a glass jar. Prepare the marinade. To do this, add vinegar, sugar, pepper, salt, bay leaf and a mixture of hops-suneli to a pot of water. Stir well and bring to a boil. Pour the garlic with the resulting marinade. Close the jar with a lid and place in a cool place.
