First you need to make the base for the cake in the form of a crust. Break eggs into a deep bowl, add sugar and yogurt there. Mix everything, then add yeast and flour, pour in vegetable oil. stir all the ingredients until the dough is homogeneous. Let the dough sit for an hour. Then grease a baking dish with butter, pour the dough into it and cook the crust in the oven for half an hour.

Cool the finished cake. Peel and chop the nuts. Add them to the crust along with the chocolate spread. Grind everything together to get a single mass. Cover a round bowl with cling film and put the prepared mass into it to form a hemisphere - the basis of the future ball. put the cake in the refrigerator for an hour. In the meantime, get busy with your decorations. Roll the black and white marzipan and cut into symmetrical pentagons. Cut the grass out of a strip of green marzipan. Remove the finished cake from the refrigerator and cover with marzipan pentagons in a checkerboard pattern. At the bottom of the cake, attach the green marzipan herb. Serve dessert with tea and coffee.

Ball-shaped cake with chocolate mousse

You will need:

- 100 g of white chocolate;

- 300 g of dark chocolate;

- 800 ml of cream;

- 8 eggs;

- 300 g of sugar;

-100 g flour;

- 30 g dry cocoa;

- a pinch of vanillin;

- 1/4 tsp agar agar.

Start by baking the outer cake base. Break the eggs into a bowl, add 100 g of sugar there and grind it white. Then add flour and stir until smooth. Divide the dough into 2 parts, adding cocoa to the second. Roll out the dough into a thin layer and bake in a preheated oven for 7 minutes. Cool the cakes. Prepare 2 stencils - a hexagon and a pentagon with symmetrical sides. Cut a piece of black cake over the stencil of the pentagon, and several black and white pieces along the hexagon. Take a round bowl about 15 cm in diameter. Cover it with cling film. Place a pentagon on the bottom of the bowl in the center and complement it on the sides with different colored hexagons to match the color of the soccer ball.

If desired, you can add chocolate instead of cocoa to the dough.

To make the chocolate mousse, whip the cream into a dense foam with a mixer, adding 100 g of sugar and vanillin. Melt the chocolate, dark and white separately. Mix a quarter of the cream with white, the rest with dark chocolate. Fill the bowl with the cakes already laid on the bottom with a layer of dark mousse, and then with a layer of light. Put the cake in the cold for an hour.

Dissolve the remaining sugar in half a glass of warm water and cook for 5 minutes. Then put the agar-agar in the same place. Remove the cake from the refrigerator, carefully remove it from the bowl and peel off the film. Cover it with agar-agar syrup, wait for the syrup to harden, and serve.
