- 9 eggs;

- 3 glasses of flour;

- a package of vanillin;

- 2 tsp baking powder;

- 1 glass of sour cream;

- 200 g of butter.

For the cream:

- 1, 5 cans of condensed milk;

- 600 g of butter;

- green food coloring.

For gates:

- 200 g of white chocolate.

The butter and eggs must be removed from the refrigerator in advance and kept in the kitchen for about 40 minutes. After that, you can start making the dough for the cake. Pour sugar into butter, add sour cream, beat for 3 minutes. Beat the eggs into a separate bowl, mix them with a whisk. Add eggs to the butter and sour cream mixture one tablespoon at a time. When the mixture is smooth, add another spoonful of the egg mixture. In this way, mix the butter with all the egg mass.

Pour vanillin, baking powder into flour, sift it all over a wide bowl of butter. Stir the dough until smooth. Grease a rectangular shape with butter, pour in the dough, put in an oven preheated to 185 ° C for 30 minutes. When the surface turns golden, stick a toothpick in the middle of the crust.
