It is necessary

- - 200 ml cream
- - 150 g sugar
- - 500 ml 15% sour cream
- - 700 g of cottage cheese
- - 24 g gelatin
- For decoration:
- - 200 ml cream
- - powdered sugar chamomile
- - colored coconut flakes
Instructions
Step 1
Knead the biscuit dough. To do this, beat the whites until a white thick foam, add sugar there, slowly add flour and mix until smooth.
Step 2
The resulting dough is sent to an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Step 3
Prepare the cream: beat the cream with sugar using a mixer, add sour cream, cottage cheese to them and mix everything well. Prepare a gelatin solution and pour it into the bulk.
Step 4
Then we take the cake out of the oven, cool it, soak it with cold syrup and put it in a mold with a split bottom. Pour the sour cream-curd mass on top of the cake and send it to the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
Step 5
Whip the cream and coat the top and sides of the cake with them. Decorate the top of the product with chamomiles and powdered sugar and sprinkle with colored coconut.
Step 6
We send the finished dessert to the oven for 40-50 minutes.
