It is necessary
- - ½ cup long grain rice;
- - 1 can of canned pink salmon;
- - 3 eggs;
- - 2 pcs. cucumber;
- - 2 pcs. onions;
- - sour cream (15%);
- - 2 pcs. carrots;
- - vegetable oil;
- - lettuce leaves;
- - dill;
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the rice in salted water until tender, the rice should be crumbly.
Step 2
Prepare boiled eggs.
Grate the carrots on a coarse grater and fry them in vegetable oil.
Prepare the sauce: mix vegetable oil, sour cream and salt (to taste) until smooth.
Step 3
Spread the salad on a large plate in layers, greasing each layer with sauce:
1st - lettuce leaves, torn into pieces;
2nd - boiled rice;
3rd - pink salmon (mash well with a fork);
4th - finely chopped onion;
5th - fried carrots;
6th - fresh chopped cucumber;

Decorate the top of the salad with chamomiles: the petals are made from egg whites, cut into strips, the middle of the flower is the yolk, grated.
