- - beef liver - 150 g;
- - mayonnaise - 120 g;
- - pickled cucumber - 2 pcs.;
- - canned corn - 150 g;
- - fresh greens - 3 branches;

Instructions
Step 1
Pre-boil hard-boiled eggs, cool, peel. Wash the potatoes, boil and peel. The liver should be boiled in a piece and cooled.
Step 2
Peel the onions, wash, chop finely. Sprinkle it with a little vinegar and let it marinate for 10-15 minutes.
Step 3
Prepare potatoes and cucumbers in the form of cubes of the same size. Grate two eggs on a medium grater. Cut the third chicken egg into strips, it is useful for decorating the salad.
Step 4
Cut the finished piece of beef liver into strips. Open the corn jar and drain the liquid.
Step 5
Start to lay out the January Chamomile salad in layers on the dish of your choice. Pickled onions should be the first layer, and place them on the bottom of the plate. Arrange the potato cubes on top. Cover the potato slices with the mayonnaise mesh. It is convenient to do it with a soft bag, in which you should make a small hole and fill with mayonnaise.
