It is necessary

  • - 400 g watercress (without stems),
  • - a bunch of leeks,
  • - 2 medium potatoes,
  • - 5 tbsp. l. cream (more than 20% fat),
  • - 100 g butter,
  • - 4 cloves of garlic,
  • - 1/2 glass of milk,
  • - 300 ml of vegetable or chicken broth,
  • - salt,
  • - parsley.
  • For decoration:
  • - pharmacy (medicinal) chamomile,
  • - scorzonera leaves.

Instructions

Step 1

Beat the cream well with a mixer until foam appears. Mix broth with milk, put on fire. Cut 300 g of watercress and onion very finely, peel the potatoes, cut into cubes, put everything in a saucepan and cook until tender.

Step 2

Cool and grind with a blender. Heat again, add 50 g of oil, salt.

Pour into plates, carefully pour a little whipped cream into each plate and garnish with chamomile flowers and scorzonera leaves.

Step 3

Grind 100 g of watercress and garlic in a blender, add the remaining oil, stir thoroughly and spread the resulting pate on the bread.
