The soup will appeal to supporters of healthy eating. To feed a healthy dish to children, you have to go for tricks. They “collect” daisies in their edible meadow with pleasure!
It is necessary
- - 400 g watercress (without stems),
- - a bunch of leeks,
- - 2 medium potatoes,
- - 5 tbsp. l. cream (more than 20% fat),
- - 100 g butter,
- - 4 cloves of garlic,
- - 1/2 glass of milk,
- - 300 ml of vegetable or chicken broth,
- - salt,
- - parsley.
- For decoration:
- - pharmacy (medicinal) chamomile,
- - scorzonera leaves.
Instructions
Step 1
Beat the cream well with a mixer until foam appears. Mix broth with milk, put on fire. Cut 300 g of watercress and onion very finely, peel the potatoes, cut into cubes, put everything in a saucepan and cook until tender.
Step 2
Cool and grind with a blender. Heat again, add 50 g of oil, salt.
Pour into plates, carefully pour a little whipped cream into each plate and garnish with chamomile flowers and scorzonera leaves.
Step 3
Grind 100 g of watercress and garlic in a blender, add the remaining oil, stir thoroughly and spread the resulting pate on the bread.
