Step 1

To cook one swan, you need two chicken eggs. It is better to take eggs fresh from the store. Wash the eggs, pour cold water into a small saucepan, lower the eggs and place them on the stove. As soon as the water boils, count on the timer or clock for seven minutes. When time has passed, remove the saucepan from the stove, gently drain the hot water and cover the eggs with cold water. Let them stand like this for fifteen minutes, so they cool down and are easy to clean.

Step 2

Peel the boiled eggs. Leave one egg intact. At the second egg with a sharp knife, cut an oval from each side, these will be the wings. Place the ovals on a wooden cutting board and use the tip of a knife to make teeth on three sides of the oval, the smaller the more beautiful. Then cut a circle out of the middle of the egg, remove the middle from the yolk and carefully use a sharp knife to give the resulting ring to the swan neck fort.
